She admits her guilt, and explains to them how Takeo died. In the end, it was all a set-up by Daisuke. Sachiko did not purposefully kill Takeo. Daisuke is still locked in the warehouse's basement. Nanao arrives and points out to Daisuke that it looks like he lost.
Long Summary[]
Sachiko is involved in Takeo's death[]
Nana tells Sachiko that she knows Sachiko is Daisuke's accomplice. Sachiko tries to play dumb but Nana does not fall for it. Nana is furious. Sachiko searches around for Nana in the dark, not knowing where Nana is. Then she notices Nana's glowing shoes. [1] Convinced that she was there, Sachiko walked over to her. She was about to touch Nana. However, she broke down in tears and apologized, saying she was sorry. Then, Nana appears behind Sachiko, holding a wooden stick. Nana declares that if Sachiko had fallen into her shoes trap, she would have had no choice but to swing down the wooden stick. Sachiko wants Nana to listen to her, but Nana said she just wanted to see Moe safe.
Moe at the hospital[]
After that, Nana went to the hospital with Sachiko, and came to Moe's room. Moe was sleeping. She seemed to be in bad shape. Soon after, Kyouya appeared and told Sachiko that he needed to talk to her. Nana told Sachiko that she should ask Kyouya to listen to her. Nana also says she wants to stay here and holds Moe's hand as she sleeps.
Kyouya figured it out[]
Then, moving to another place, Kyouya asked Sachiko if she was the one who planted the car key in Nana's room. Sachiko nodded and admitted it. Kyouya says that if Sachiko used her teleportation, there would have been plenty of time for Sachiko to place the key here. He also remembers that when Daisuke confronted Nana with the forged word-processed letter in the school hall, Sachiko was nowhere to be seen. Then Fuuko questioned why Sachiko killed Takeo, and why she used a car when she had teleportation. Kyouya begins to say that the biggest mystery in this case is exactly why he used a car to commit the crime. Kyouya adds that teleportation is a useful but scary ability. The one person who was not afraid of this ability is Daisuke, who can send huge electric currents through his body. Sachiko needs to touch someone to be able to travel with him/her. Daisuke rarely used his ability, but when his life was in danger, he would not hesitate, and Kyouya said it was enough to scare Sachiko. Sachiko shivered and said that she was threatened. Kyouya told her that he thought she was trying to kill Daisuke, not Takeo.
Kyouya also said that when he came to the conclusion that even if a car is struck by lightning, it will send an electric current to the ground and protect the people inside, he had another question. The question was whether Sachiko could drive the car and still be protected. Kyouya said that, considering the brake marks at the scene and the direction the car was heading, it looked as if the car didn't just run down the road, but suddenly appeared. Sachiko confirmed that she could teleport the car. According to Kyouya, in the darkness of the scene, she mistook Takeo and Daisuke, who were close in size. Kyouya then asked Sachiko what had happened that day..
The truth about Takeo's death[]
That night, Sachiko was called by Daisuke, and he was driving her somewhere. Sachiko was very annoyed with Daisuke who was using her power to his advantage, but she couldn't resist because if she touched him, she would be electrocuted. Taking advantage of this, Daisuke demanded that Sachiko take an inappropriate picture of him. He parked his car on the side of the road, left his car keys there, told Sachiko to look for a telephone pole with a poster for a dog hunt at ten o'clock tonight, and left. It was actually a trap, but Sachiko was so mad that all she could think about was how she was going to run him over with her car. Sachiko got into the car just before ten o'clock, stepped on the gas pedal, and with the momentum of the car, flew to the scene. However, it was not Daisuke who was there, but Takeo. Sachiko's memory of what happened before and after the accident seems to be vague, but it seems that she was the only one who was transported at the last minute, and when she came to, she woke up in the grass nearby. Daisuke was sitting in front of her saying that he didn't think it'd go so well. Sachiko was shocked to learn that she had killed Takeo. Apparently, Daisuke had called Takeo and Sachiko at the same time and was gloating that Sachiko would kill Takeo if things went well.
Kyouya guesses that even if it doesn't work out, the crime was a good deal for Daisuke. When Fuuko hears this, she gets furious, and says that this is just tyranny. Sachiko became afraid of Daisuke, and did as he said, making sure that Nana would be the culprit and watching her. Kyouya feels sorry for her and apologizes that he should have listened to her sooner.
Sachiko then broke down in tears, apologizing that she was sorry anyway.
